Abstract

David A. Tracy has practiced law in Tulsa for more than 25 years Tracy is a partner in the Naylor, Williams & Tracy law firm, where his practice is focused on family law, including litigation and appeals, mediation, and collaborative family law. He is a qualified family law mediator under the Oklahoma District Court Mediation Act. Tracy is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association (Family Law Section chair 1994-1995), Oklahoma Bar Association (Family Law Section chair 2000), American Bar Association (Family Law Section member), Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. His community involvement includes current or prior service on the boards of the Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals (President 2007), Riverfield Country Day School (Board Chair 2010) and The University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Association. Tracy received his B. S. degree in Radio-TV-Film, News and Public Affairs from Oklahoma State University in 1976 and his J.D. degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1983.
