Abstract
Ms. Anderson earned her Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Tulsa. She also holds an MBA from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University.
Ms. Anderson has been honored frequently by numerous publications including Black Enterprise, the Houston Business Journal, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Network Journal. She has been handling multi-billion dollar transactions since very early in her career.
Her national civic engagement has included the Board of Trustees of the National Urban league where she served as Co-Chair of the Centennial Commission. Under her leadership, over $50 million was raised to benefit this great organization and the underserved communities it assists. Ms. Anderson has also represented the United States as a member of the US trade delegation to China.
Her local civic engagement has included the Center for Houston’s Future, the United Way Women’s Initiative and the Houston Business Education Commission. She is a Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Texas Bar Association.
